This is the European version of the now deleted Sol Invictus album formerly released in the States and reviewed here previously. Sol have wisely resisted the much-abused ploy of creating a variant. But while the recorded content is exactly the same as the US version, the artwork is an attractive new design by Renée Rosen-Wakeford using Victorian imagery. There are also extensive sleeve notes. If you don't have the US version you'll want these six rare tracks. If you're a Sol collector you'll buy it anyway...
