Following a period of relative inactivity since parting company with Mute, Miranda Sex Garden appear to be regaining momentum. Halloween saw them headline a gig in London.

All eyes were on the seductive Katharine Blake as she took the stage bare-breasted to entrance, sing and play the recorder. Katharine is a wild and provocative exhibitionist who enjoys playing fetish clubs and likes to cast her audience in the role of voyeurs.

The musical style was similar to that immediately before MSG's quiet period. The group was supported by Katharine's new project, The Mediaeval Baebes, and Blackfoot & The Voola, an alternative rock'n'roll group with an entertaining voodoo image.
